Delete your Outmeet account

You can ask us to delete your Outmeet account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Inside the app

Open Outmeet and open Settings (from your profile).
Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Send an email to outmeetservice@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Outmeet account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, profile photo, sports preferences).
Your posts, photos, event banners and the events or events you host.
Your friend and follower connections and your push notification token.
Your messages in one-to-one chats.

What may be kept

Messages you sent in group chats may remain visible to other group members without your profile details.
Basic technical logs and backups may be kept for up to 30 days for security and then removed.
